have I to do to purchase the listed products ?

the quantity of the products you ordered, you can confirm
your order, or you can return to Products page to add other
products to your order.
Which way of payment have I to use ?
For customers who are resident in Italy,
accepted ways of payment are : Cash
On Delivery, by Postal or Telegraph Order ( in advance
) and by Bank Transfer ( in advance ).
For
foreign customers accepted ways of payment
are : by Postal or Telegraph Order
( in advance ) and by Bank Transfer ( in advance ).
Is
the receipt of ordered goods guaranteed ?
I Sapori d'Italia snc have a 10-years experience
in satisfying their customers and is very well reputed
for their seriousness and reliability and the quality
of their products and their services.

Can
I cancel my order ?
By
Italian law a customer has the right to withdraw a purchase,
without any penalty and without specifying any reason,
within 10 working days from receipt of goods.
Owing to evident
reasons of preservation and perishability of goods and
customers' health safety, the withdrawal right will not
be allowed for these kind of alimentary products : PERISHABLE,
FRESH PRODUCTS, CHEESES, MILK PRODUCTS, CHARCUTERIE, ALL
KINDS OF MEAT, even if vacuum sealed or boxed up under
protective atmosphere ( unless there are evident
flaws in the product ).
Moreover the withdrawal right is not allowed when the
purchaser is a retailer or business operator.

One of our operators will contact you by phone or e-mail
as soon as possible to define the terms of substitution
of wrong products or for an immediate reimbursement, by
bank transfer or postal order.
If it would not be possible to come to a reciprocal and
satisfactory agreement, the customers could avail himself
of the terms of the Law anyway.
Is
Credit Card payment safe ?
When you make a payment to us by web, your Credit

many days are necessary to receive the goods ?
On the average delivery is made within 48 hours from your
order, except for "TRACO 10" delivery that will
be made by 10 of the morning after forwarding date ( orders
