Payment :

Vintage Cheese and Italian Salami could have a light shortage or increase of their net weight ( max 2% ). That is due to the fact that our products are not mass-produced and represents a further guarancy of their quality. For evident reasons of Site Organization, our products prices are standard, and these little variations in weight could modify them.
If our store would find a product net weight shortage in comparison with the weight you requested in your order, we will complete it immediately and automatically with another of our products so much that we reach or exceed the amount you payed in advance.
If weight should be a little higher we will deliver the goods anyway, considering the overweight as a bonus.

For payments upon delivery the amount will be calculated on the exact weight.

Credit Cards

ISAPORIDITALIAWEB uses the safe and tested Banca Sella "GATEWAY" procedure. That's a virtual POS guaranteed by a digital 128 bit Verisign certificate. So, all transactions are encrypted and customers' details are absolutely protected and confidential.
When you insert your Credit Card details, be sure to be on Banca Sella's site page. In your browser address bar there must be the following address : "https://ecomm.sella.it/gestpay.....". https is for http safe protocol, in fact from then onwards all the communications between your computer and Banca Sella's server will be encrypted at 128 Bit.
In addition you will see a padlock on your browser bottom bar. This will guarantee you that your Credit Card details will be encrypted at 128 bit and transmitted to Banca Sella that is responsible for data privacy. See Security details

Additional guarancies :
If you should be in doubt as to a charge on your Credit Card, you can make a request to Banca Sella that undertakes to ask for a counter-evidence of your purchase order to the dealer. Postal Order :
